| 產(chǎn)品介紹 | 青鏈霉素混合液(100×) Penicillin-Streptomycin Mixed solution (100×)，熟稱雙抗，專用于細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)，用于預(yù)防細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)被細(xì)菌污染，特別是革蘭氏陽性和陰性細(xì)菌的污染。產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過濾除菌處理，可以直接添加到細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)液中，此溶液為(100×)濃縮液，建議工作濃度：青霉素：100U/ml, 鏈霉素: 0.1mg/ml，即按1:100備稀釋使用即可。 |
